Simply put, these approaches concentrate on creating a safe yet genuine space for clients to identify their purpose in life, while not excusing their own accountability in the process. Sophie has practiced with children, teens, and their families through intensive in-home counseling, as well as with college students and adults in university and outpatient settings. Her clinical interests include family-of-origin issues, intergenerational trauma, and creativity in counseling.
