Emma Grehan

Emma Grehan is a graduate student in Virginia Commonwealth University’s Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling master’s program. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington in 2023. As an intern at Williamsville Wellness, Emma provides individual and group counseling to individuals as they embark on their journey of recovery.
She utilizes a person-centered approach, integrating principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals struggling with addiction envision their ideal future, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. Committed to fostering a safe and empowering space, Emma strives to support clients in their journey toward recovery and personal growth.
Upon graduation, she plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and continue working in the field of mental health treatment.
