Emma Grehan is an intern therapist at Williamsville Wellness, working as an integral part of our comprehensive treatment team to support clients on their recovery journeys. Currently pursuing her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Emma brings fresh perspectives and evidence-based approaches to our collaborative care environment.
Emma utilizes a person-centered approach, integrating principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help individuals struggling with addiction envision their ideal future, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges. Working alongside our experienced treatment team, she is committed to fostering a safe and empowering therapeutic space where clients can explore their goals and develop meaningful strategies for recovery and personal growth.
Upon graduation, Emma plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and continue working in the field of mental health treatment. Her dedication to the field and commitment to client-centered care make her a valuable addition to our team at Williamsville Wellness.
