About Arianna
Arianna Losada is a graduate student in Virginia Commonwealth University's Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling master's program, currently serving as a clinician and Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adults (QMHP-A). She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida International University and brings a passion for helping others understand themselves better.
With an unwavering commitment to client-centered care, Arianna takes a person-centered approach that emphasizes individual strengths and values to guide personal growth. She is trained as a SMART Recovery facilitator and incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), self-compassion techniques, self-worth building, and culturally informed approaches in her work with our treatment team.
Arianna strongly believes that everyone deserves to be seen and heard. She emphasizes the importance of experiencing all emotions as an essential part of the human experience, fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and healing within our collaborative care environment.
Outside of the clinical world, Arianna enjoys being in nature, loves camping and a good bonfire, and cherishes quality time with friends, family, and her beloved cats.
