About Grace
Grace Banazek is a master's level intern at Williamsville Wellness and is currently completing her final year at Virginia Commonwealth University, pursuing a Master's in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Upon graduation, she plans to begin the licensure process to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and work toward certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
Working in collaboration with our clinical team, Grace takes a client-centered, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, explore the stories that shape them, and build deeper connections with themselves and others.
Her therapeutic focus is on supporting clients in developing healthy coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and creating a sense of balance and control in their lives. As part of our comprehensive treatment approach, Grace is committed to walking alongside clients in their recovery journey, offering support, compassion, and evidence-based tools to help foster resilience, hope, and personal growth.
