Kara Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with over 6 years of clinical experience. Kara completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Longwood University and then received a Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lynchburg College. Kara has experience treating adults and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Kara utilizes a CBT, person-centered, and solution-focused approach. Kara is trauma informed and provides psychoeducation on a variety of topics. Kara enjoys working with others to help them live a more functioning, healthy life.
