Kara Lee, Director of Utilization Review at Williamsville Wellness, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and International Certified Gambling Counselor-I (ICGC-I) with several years of clinical experience. Kara completed her Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lynchburg College.
She draws on several years of experience working with diverse populations in outpatient and inpatient settings, specializing in trauma-informed, patient-centered care. Her comprehensive understanding of therapeutic approaches—including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety—supports her commitment to advocating for appropriate and effective treatment that promotes lasting recovery.
