Our Admissions Process
Here's exactly what happens when you reach out to Williamsville Wellness, from the first phone call to the first day of treatment.
Your First Call
You'll talk with a real person on our admissions team. Their job is to understand what's going on and help you figure out whether we're the right fit. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.

Comprehensive Assessment
A 45-60 minute conversation with our team, scheduled close to your admission date so the information is current. It helps us build a treatment plan around your needs and, if you're using insurance, shows why this level of care is the right one.
Your Start Date
We move as quickly as you're ready to move. The biggest factor in timing is usually how long insurance authorization takes.

Staying Connected
Support from home matters, and there are several ways to stay in touch during treatment.
Phone calls
Patients can call family and friends during free time. Calls can't interrupt treatment sessions unless there's an emergency. A landline is available for patients without phone access.
Family sessions
Family therapy sessions are part of residential and PHP treatment when the patient agrees, and they're held online or by phone.
Updates for family
If the patient signs a release of information, we can share updates with the people they choose. They decide who hears from us and what we share.
Visits
We don't allow in-person visits during residential treatment. This helps patients stay focused on their recovery.
