What Is Gambling Guardrails?
Gambling Guardrails is an online gambling coaching program created by our team. Over the years, we kept hearing the same thing: not everyone who is struggling needs, wants or can pay for residential treatment. Many are still working and keeping up with daily life, and looking for structure they can follow on their own time. Gambling Guardrails gives them that structure, with a real coach in their corner.
What Online Gambling Coaching Includes
12 Mile Markers
Short videos that walk through urges, money, triggers, relationships and building a life free from problem gambling.
Glovebox Tools
Worksheets and quick tools you can come back to when an urge hits or a hard week starts.
Rearview Questions
Reflection questions after each Mile Marker that help you notice your own patterns and progress.
Live Sessions
One-hour video sessions with a Gambling Guardrails coach in Tier 2 and Tier 3, about once a week.
Programs and Pricing
Every tier includes the same Mile Markers, Glovebox Tools and Rearview Questions. The tiers differ in how much time you have and how much live coaching you get. All programs are self-pay.

Is Gambling Guardrails the same as treatment at Williamsville Wellness?
No. Gambling Guardrails is non-clinical online coaching. It doesn't include therapy, clinical assessment or diagnosis. Our residential program is clinical care that our clinicians assess you for. If an application suggests you need more support than coaching, a coach will tell you so.
Does insurance cover online gambling coaching?
No. Gambling Guardrails is self-pay, so you don't need insurance and nothing is billed to an insurance company.
Who are the coaches?
Gambling Guardrails coaches are members of our team who work with people affected by problem gambling every day. They read applications, lead the live sessions and answer your messages.
Can I pay for someone I love?
Yes. The person who will do the program applies with their own email, and once they're approved, someone else can pay for their program.
