About Lindsey
Lindsey Swietnicki is a Resident in Counseling and valued member of our comprehensive treatment team at Williamsville Wellness. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary approach, Lindsey brings a trauma-informed, experiential, and person-centered therapeutic style that emphasizes healing through connection and self-discovery.
As part of our team-based care model, Lindsey focuses on helping individuals increase self-reflection and understanding while strengthening their capacity for connectedness and vulnerability with themselves and others. Her approach integrates seamlessly with our comprehensive treatment philosophy, supporting clients in developing deeper awareness and healthier relationship patterns.
Lindsey's clinical interests encompass interpersonal relationships, codependence, shame, trauma, addiction, and neurodiversity. She is currently working towards completing the Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1 training, further expanding her expertise to serve couples within our team's holistic approach to recovery and wellness. Her commitment to ongoing professional development reflects our center's dedication to providing the most current and effective therapeutic interventions.
