About Dajon
Dajon Bailey is a second-year graduate student intern at Williamsville Wellness and is currently pursuing a master's in the Couples and Family Counseling program at Virginia Commonwealth University. Upon graduation, he will begin residency towards his license in professional counseling (LPC) and license in marriage and family therapy (LMFT).
Working alongside our clinical team, Dajon brings a growing interest in systemic approaches to mental health. He is dedicated to understanding how family dynamics, communication patterns, and social environments influence well-being. As part of our comprehensive treatment approach, Dajon is committed to developing clinical skills that empower families, strengthen connection, and foster healthier emotional ecosystems within communities.
Dajon's focus on systemic and relational approaches allows him to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to support not only individuals but also the important relationships and family systems that play a crucial role in recovery and mental health.
