Robert "Bob" W. Cabaniss Jr., founder and executive director of Williamsville Wellness, brings a unique perspective to addiction treatment, one rooted in personal experience and business excellence. As someone who found recovery from his own addictions, Bob has dedicated his business acumen, resources, and energy to creating a comprehensive treatment center that brings together the best elements of addiction recovery under one roof.

Working closely with our clinical team, Bob developed Williamsville's Advanced Synergized Treatment method that combines five different therapeutic modalities, supported by a highly trained team of psychologists, counselors, and social workers. This innovative approach reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive, team-based care that addresses each patient's unique needs.

A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, Bob began his career in real estate before expanding into the wholesale beverage industry. He went on to open successful microbreweries in Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, and St. Martin, demonstrating the entrepreneurial spirit he now brings to wellness and recovery.

After conquering his own battles with addiction, Bob opened Williamsville Wellness in 2007 in his family's historic home outside Richmond, Virginia. Since then, individuals seeking to break free from addiction have found Williamsville to be a fulfilling, whole-health experience that treats both mind and body through our collaborative team approach.
