Summer has 20 years’ experience in restaurants and various types of kitchens. She enjoys what she does and equates cooking with love. Summer comes from a long line of food pushers and stove slavers. She has worked in many establishments that were filled with addictions and instability; this led her to dislike her chosen profession and to lose faith in herself. Working at Williamsville has changed this for her – she now feels that there is hope and a future in feeding people.
